Dressilyme Damaged and un-customized dress. Internet

In January of 2017, I paid $158.60 for a gown from Dressilyme. I paid to have it customized and gave them my measurements three times.

In February, I received my gown. The dress was way too small and way too long. Not at all what I had ordered. The gown also had huge tears in it. 

I immediately contacted Dressilyme. They deny that it is damaged even when I sent photos. They deny that it is customized even though I showed photos that it was not.

I have been offered 15 dollars and 30 dollars. They offered me to buy another dress at "discount." They tell me to spend more money to have someone else fix it when I paid them to make it correct the first time.

I've spoken to several seamstresses and all of them say it is not fixable and even if it was, it would cost about the same amount as I paid for the dress.

I've been fighting since then to have my money back. With them and my bank. I want a full refund.
