Worked for this guy as an actor in his mockumentary, he had in writing my day rate of $859/day and no deferment on pay. Watched him pay an instagram famous model $1000 cash to be there for all of 5 minutes.
afte the shoot, he tells me and two other actors that we will get our money in a month.
i blew it off, but then seen a drawing of my face on the poster for that same film, called 'Sunday', it's on IMDb, with a reporting of a $50K budget.
curiious as to where that budget went, because he didn't even provide water on set!!
I sent him an email, explaining to him that he agreed there would be no deferment, and that i would even accept a payment plan from him.
no response.
my manager called him, no response.
told him i was filing a claim with the labor department if he didn't respond within 48 hours.
no response
