I noticed your complaint and wanted you to know if you have any concerns or problems to please contact my service director directly. Her email is falon@verifyyourorder.com or if you call our customer service line 1-800-919-2846. We would be more than happy to take care of anything that we can for you. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 8am-5:30pm MST. If you call the customer service line any of the representatives are willing and able to assist you.
We have a 30 day risk free trial period. If within this period you are not happy with your order for any reason we will always refund your money.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfation. It does not sound like you were happy with your experience. Please call us so that we can rectify this situation.
