I ordered on 8/31. I sent an email that night because I was concerned by the lack of an invoice/confirmaton. I received a form email on 9/1 explaining that the charge would be from a sports bar and not to contact that bar or I would be banned from ordering there again, it completely ignored the issues in the email I sent. Also their contact form was down so I had to hunt down the physical address to even send mine:driedpoppydirect@live.com


The website said they ship the same day if the order was received before 1pm PST. The form email said they were experiencing some delays and said to be patient. It also said don't email them because it would only slow them down... Of course this comes after they had my CC info.

I waited a week and didn't receive an invoice, apology, order status or anything. My card was charged on 9/1. I sent over a polite email asking after it. No response. The charge disappeared over that weekend and reappeared the following week. The owner posted on another report here saying they were all caught up and everyone who had complained had received their order (this was on 9/8). He also said no one would be charged until they were ready to ship. Since the charge had reappeared the day before that I took it to mean they shipped my order.

The following Monday(9/13) and a few emails/contact forms later I still hadn't received any sort of communication let alone my package. I sent a message saying I wanted a refund and not to ship my order. He didn't respond. I tried calling the sports bar, no one answered.

Today (9/15) I filed a dispute with my card holder. I'll have my money back tomorrow and he'll have to deal with my bank. I am not sure if this is actually a scam, but two entire weeks without a word from him made me think he didn't care if I got my package. 

tl;dr DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.
there are plenty of other sites with the same or better pricing, just look past page 1 on google.
