I had ordered a free trial, pay the postage only, of Purity 12. Two weeks later I have a $74.95 charge on my bank account from DRI*REG.NET - HEALTHREGNETORD.COMMNUS. After 2 days of research I found the website and the customer service number. They wanted an order number but since I had not ordered anything and never received an email with said order number the girl verified my email address and my phone number and found my information. Surprisingly, the girl was very nice and said the charge would be removed and I should receive an email from Purity 12 within 2 business day and if I didn't I should call them back and they would remove it. It seemed too easy but we shall see in a few days.
For anyone who needs the info the website is http://www.reg.net/ and the customer service number is 1-800-999-2734. I'll post again as to the outcome of this mess.
