Drive America Auto Club Drive America Customer service beyond terrible! Operator hung up on me! Roadside assistance takes 3 hours. Can't contact office at by phone. Dallas Texas

This company is just plain awful. One night my truck wouldn't start. I called for assistance. The operator sounded bored and irriated. I was told it would take 3 hours to get a jump start. 3 HOURS!!!!!  I endedup just calling a friend.  I decided to cancel my membership and I have been trying for an ENTIRE WEEK to get someone at their office by phone but no one answers.  So I finally decided to call the emergency number. It took 13 MINUTES for someone to answer my emergency call! I asked her for the email address to the office and she said she didn't know. By this time I was getting irritated with her so I told her what a terrible company Drive America is....then she hung up on me!!!!!
