I too have been strong armed by Bramacint on behalf of Drive Financial. When I was late (according to Drive) on one payment, they contacted me & told me I had missed 3 payments; the following month according to Drive, I had missed 7 payments. I stopped answering calls after I recieved a call from Bramacint in which they told me my vehicle had been reported stolen by Drive Financial. I have continued to mail my payments every month to Drive and have no idea what thier records reflect because they refuse to send me copies of my payment record. They lie so frequently, it's pathetic. I cannot believe a company so unprofessional & shady is allowed to operate so freely & bully thier clients without any reprimand. YES I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN IN ON CLASS ACTION SUIT. When they told me my vehicle had been reported stolen I asked if I shoud call the police & straighten it out & the investigator told me, "No, the police are not involved in it; yet." I asked who was it reported stolen to & she said she didn't have to answer any questions; that she was going to ask the questions. I told her, not in a conversation with me & hung up on her. I recieve on an average day. 8 to 10 phone calls on my voice mail from Drive & or Bramacint to threaten or conjole me to try to get me to make payments of several thousand (more than my payoff would be) on that day or the offer will be off the table & I can deal with the consequences of a repossesion. I have a feeling that even if I did do as they ask, I would have to deal with similar consequences from thier lying staff. I am tired of thier harrassment. They have also called people on my reference list & told them I was being prosecuted for Grand Car Theft by Drive Financial. It would be embarrasing if I had not already warned them of potential calls from Drive. Drive's agents even stooped to cursing one of them because she would not give them any information or answer any of thier questions. How can they get away with these bullying tactics? PLEASE; sign me up on your list for a class action suit!! Or tell me who besides my attorney general to contact to get in on a suit; or have them ocntact me. I have sent a complaint to the attorney general for my state also. Has anyone noticed that the " derogotory remarks' made in the form of a rebuttal that are made on this sight of complaints against Drive are not identified? Everyone knows they are being made by Drive agents. Thank you for starting a class action suit!

You guys are funny!!!! Ha Ha I laugh at you because you are the ones posting the messages on your own behalf. There is no one with drive that is happy with your service. I was late and caught up and you still told me I was behind. You will not get my car yes, I said my car... I want you to even try to come to my home to pick up my car off my property after you have set up something for me please do I am waiting for you. I never thought I would become this angry in my life. If I have to come to the office I will cause I would like for one of those people that talk junk to me to say it to my face better yet, send the owner. I know the customer services people are not making nothing of what he is for his scam!!

If you spent just half the time trying to come up with a solution on paying your auto loan as you did here trying to gather a mob to file a bogus class action lawsuit, then all of those needless phone calls to your house trying to collect a debt would probably end. Take responsibility man! Pay your freaking bills, or lose the car....thats how simple things are. Quit wasting other peoples time with your lazy whining. Get a job!

I have a loan with Drive and the ONLY time I ever heard from them was when I was late - twice. They have never harrassed me, my family or threatened to report my car as stolen - even when I was late. Instead, I called until I could find someone that was willing to help me while I was unemployed and they gave me a bit of common sense advice that I never thought of - pay half of your payment every other week, or a quarter of it weekly. I have been doing this for the past 3 years and I'm 4 months ahead on payments...Bottom line, I CALLED THEM - I did not wait or lie or try to hide from them and they WORKED WITH ME!!! If they are withholding your payment history, log on to their web site and check your payment history - IT'S THERE!! If you have a bank account, pay your payment with Online Bill Pay, so they cannot say they're not receiving it. If you don't have a bank account, keep copies of your checks, money order receipts or what ever it is that you're paying with. REMEMBER - They are a SECOND, THIRD CHANCE finance company - THE LAST RESORT, so if you are being financed by Drive, most likely, NO OTHER FINANCE COMPANY WILL EVEN LOOK AT YOU!! They know the people they are dealing with and are on top of your account the second you're a day late. They want what was promised to them - just like any other loan company. Try blaming yourself for agreeing to a car payment you couldn't afford, rather then Drive for giving you a second chance or the dealership for ripping you off. You should have walked away from the deal!
