I have received many calls from this company - when I answer the phone, no one responds. I have never done business with this company and as of today, August 2, 2007, I have called them four (4) times and asked them to remove me from their call list, explaining that I do not have an account with them now, or ever.

After receiving another call today, and no response after answering the phone, I returned the call once again and told the lady who answered my call that I would report them if they called again.

After doing a search on the internet, I found a company that has filed a law suit against Drive Financial Services, and thought those of you who have filed complaints might be interested in contacting this company.

Drive Financial - response to employee

AUTHOR: Texasenior - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 13, 2007

The way you conduct your calls should be explained when the call is made - I am not a mind reader and when there is no response, I assume there is no one to speak with and terminate the call. If you can not find the information you need to conduct business when a call is returned and you are given a name and phone number, you need to find a better way to conduct your business.

I e-mailed Drive Financial with this information and have not received a call for several days, but no resonse to my e-mail.

#1 UPDATE Employee

calls

there is only 3 reasons we will call you

1....if we have been given this # tt any time, as a point of contact for our customer.

2....if you were placed as a personal refferance for a customer.

3....we may have the wrong #...our customer may have had your # before you.

all you need to do is wait on the line till a rep anweres the call...reps are on an automated dialer. which means they are wrapping up a call while another # is waiting....once the person comes on the line and thay ask who they are looking for, just inform him/her we have the wrong # or you dont know who that person is.
but you have to wait for them to come on the line...if you call back we wont be able to search for the #...we can only removed it at the time of the call.

there are bigger things to get worked up over than a silly phone call
