i paid drive financial in full yet on 2-7-07 a person came to me house saying he was to repo my car saying he worked for saturn of amarillo and drive financial. he knocked on the door at 9pm i was asleep. he said he had orders to repo the car which was totaled in an accident a few months back. i showed him the papers where it had been paid off had to run the person off my property. even when you pay off in full drive keeps charging you what can you do about a repo man like that? seems like drive financial and saturn of amarillo want to make things worse I really am upset!

I think you should call Drive Financial as soon as possible and explain what happened. The next important matter would be to check your credit report and see if Drive Financial has reported you in default on the car loan. I have seen cars totaled that had more money owed on the loan than the car's book value and the lender attemped to charge the customer for the difference.
