I applied for a job at Santander today. This is what I wrote on my resume. What do you think? Wish me luck! I used FDCPA tactics and gained trust and showed empathy to obtain money from people on dead obsolete old debts. I am currently studying for my GED and I pay my trailor park rent with my current job and collecting bottles. My household is subsidized with food from Welfare. It is hard to maintain my 500 lb body but I manage. I want this job because I know most debt collectors are uneducated, mentally challenged over weight losers who are miserable in life... and that's me! Also I am a Jacka*s which is another prerequisite. Please hire me, I am a low down dirty shame pile of sh*t and perfect for your company. :)

I give you about a C/C+ for your effort. Unfortunatly, this isn't even really good satire.
How about being honest(yea I know probably a bit tough) about what the real issue is. Based on your attempt it appears that you are delinquent in your car loan. You probably have 1000 and one reasons why they should "work with you" and are upset that they aren't. So you like most deadbeats start to look and think you are being so smart by bringing in legal terms that have zero to do with your situation. Oh and how do I know.
Well Santander is considered an Original Creditor, you are referencing the FDCPA(Federal Debt Collection Practices Act) which only applies to 3rd Party Collection Agencies. In other words it does NOT apply to Santander.
Oh and NO before you state it, I am not now or have I ever worked for this or any other finance company.
