I purchased a car for about $14,000 almost 4 years ago. I gave 3k down payment and I've made my payments of $380 each month, sometimes more and three years later my balance is still $14,000. When I try to ask questions I can barely understand them and they said it is because I made a few late payments. I need file a suit against them. Does anyone know what steps I can take against them. Is what they are doing legal?
