I have been disputing with the credit bureaus and Santander that in the last couple of years, Santander has been changing the delinquent date of the loan. By changing the date, changes the expiration date. That is fraud. I have filed a complaint with thE ftc, cfpb, tic, texas attorney general.

I have contacted Santander many times requesting info on loan docs, have never received them. I requested that the car be willfully repossessed in 2007 and it was because my sister failed to make the payments and due to my health, i was unable to.

they are predatory lenders that prey on the disadvantaged.
