When I checked my balance they apparently shoved the extra money up their asses and not on my accout. When I called to ask about it they have Bob Marley back up singers answer the d**n phone so you can't understand them at all!

Please do not ever think of going to Santander for anything. I purchased a new car and it was financed thru their company. Every payment I made was more than the actual amount due. I did this to try to pay my car off early. Well when I looked at my account they extra money I had been sending was apparently shoved up their a** and not put towards my account.  When I called to ask what was going on I am even more irritated because they have a bunch of Bob Marley back up singers answering the phone. I cannot understand what they are saying. I then refinanced my car with another local bank and should've had about $200 in overpayment. So today when I called and talked to another person with a HORRIBE accent she basically told me that they will return $57 of my overpayment. Nice. Please save yourself the heartache of even going to this sham of a bank. They are useless! We all work hard for our money to have some jackasses RIP US OFF! Screw you Santander and all the losers that work for you!
