Drive Financial law suit being started next week Ripoff Dallas Texas

I bought a car in Oct. 2003 and Drive Financial is my finance company. Over the past 3 years I have been late a few times and I always caught the payment up. Well Each month, after the first 6 months, I would get at least 5 calls a day and at least 4 days before my payment was even due, they would start calling me on the 11th of the month and my payment wasn't even due till the 16th. Lastnight they repossessed my car and are now telling me that I have to pay the loan off in full, which over the last 3 years of making payments the loan went from $13100 to $12554. How is this possible? I don't know. I have had this ongoing battle with this company for the past 2 1/2 years and at one time about 5 months ago they reported on my credit that I was 14 months late. Get real I would not have my car. well now I don't and I really dont want to deal with this company again. From now on its straight cash for a car no more financing for me. Learned my lesson well.
