I WAS LOOKING FOR A PRODUCT TO HELP ME FIND THE DRIVER NEEDED FOR MY VIDEO CAMERA. SAFECART CLAIMED THEY DO THIS FOR ONLY $9.95. HOWEVER, TRYING THE PRODUCT NEVER HELPED ME FIND THE DRIVER BUT IT DID CAUSE SERIOUS UNKNOWN PROBLEMS WITH MY COMPUTER. IN ADDITION, WHEN I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT, THEY HAD CHARGED ME $39.99. I AM NOT ABLE TO REACH SOMEONE DURING BUSINESS HOURS LISTED ON MY STATEMENT. 800-209-6437.
