As I write this in the Summer of 2015, the lawsuit that was filed in 2013 by the Howie Law Firm and settled in 2014 has helped a lot of people who were sued by Driver Solutions LLC; however in recent months the company has been aggressive in trying to collect old judgments, judgments against consumers that they sued before 2010.  

They have been filing "proceedings supplemental" in small claims court in Indianapolis, attempting to get wage garnishments and otherwise to collect on these old judgments.  What people need to know is that many, if not most, of these judgments can be declared void for lack of personal jurisdiction.  If they never served you with a summons and a complaint, you have an excellent shot at getting the judgment set aside and dismissed or declared void.  Even if they served you with a summons and a complaint, if you never did business with the company in Indiana, didn't attend a school in Indiana and you didn't respond to the original Indiana lawsuit, you still might be able to get the judgment declared void in your home state courts.  You need a competent consumer lawyer to represent you.  There are a few consumer lawyer in Indianapolis who are familiar with Driver Solutions and the issues involved, and you can get a referral to a lawyer through the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) Lawyer Referral Service.  The referral is free.
