Driver Solutions LLC C-1 Professional Traning Center Sueing Me For Money I Don't Owe. Indianapolis, Indiana

I wanted to become a Professional Truck Driver. I had since I was a young boy.  When I was ready to do so I started looking on line for schools and I found Driver Solutions.

I spoke the the recruiting department, I can't remember his name since it's been almost 6 years ago, and we talked back and forth about me coming on board. I had been in trouble in the past and most companies wouldn't even talk to me, but Driver Solutions said they could get me hired by USA Trucking and they would pay for my school if I worked for them for one year. I jumped on board. I was happy someone would finally give me the chance to live out my dream. 

Well I was about a week shy of getting my Class A CDL when they called me into the office and told me to call this lady at USA Trucking. When I did they told me because of my past problems they wouldn't be able to give me a job. So we called Driver Solutions and they said they didn't have any other company that would hire me, they were sorry but I would have to drop out off the class. 

Thats when the people at C-1 Professional Training Center told me that if I could pay them $3500.00 I could finish the school and get my CDL, but they would not be able to give me job placement. I agreed because I was so close and I knew one day I would find a job driving truck.

Well about 2 weeks ago I get a certified letter in the mail from Marion County Clerk of Courts telling me I'm beeing sued for $5995.00 plus intrest and other fees from Driver Solutions. They are saying I am in breach of contract.... Hows that???? I payed for my school because they didn't hold up their end of the contract by getting me a job.

So now I have to hire a lawyer and go to court in a state I don't live in the week after Thanksgiving. Just more money I don't have that they are costing me and many others from what I can see on here and a few other place. I think it's time for all of us who have been taken advantage of by Driver Solutions to come togeather and take a stand in court or wherever we have to and put an end to such a crooked company.
