october 9 th I went into their dealership with a $19.95 coupon for an oil change

as soon as I came the clerk started to pitch a $99.95 oil change coupon
and he also tried to upgrade me to a $44.95 oil change. I declined and spent
almost 2 hrs waiting for my car. The clerk then called me in and started to point
out all the repairs which needed to be done totaling $3,300 including labor.
I made it clear that I only came for an oil change and that my toyota only 2 weeks
before had passed the state inspection.

They demanded that I would replace
all my brakes at the spot or otherwise they would have to call a tow truck to release
my car. I pulled out my credit card and told them I wanted to pay for the oil change
and leave. At this time the manager anthony appeared and refused to give my
keys back unless I first do the brake job. I became furious and demanded
my car back he had me sign three documents indicating that I had declined
all the recommended repairs and that I had declined a tow truck.

Upon returning home after several hrs I checked the oil level and it was for
below the minimum level. In addition they had not put in the synthetic blend
as advertised but regular 10 W 30 plus they had added an extra $4 for supplies
on top of the $19.95. I am warning everyone to stay away from this scam.

Do not go to this repair shop I have reported them to the BBB and Texas State
Attorney's office. Once they have your car and keys they will do anything
to keep your there and try to steal you blind.
