     There is a SCAM business online, Drivers Education Driving school, that offers 6 hours of behind the wheel training for $199. Considerably less than most, which is why it is attractive.

     You call, nobody answers, you leave a message, this man, Kevin R Cruz, calls you back and you make your first appointment. He is either late, or does not show up at all, then you call to find out what happened. You have to leave a message because he does not answer the phone. When he finally calls you back, You are verbally abused by this man, but you have already given him your credit card information and he has charged you his $199 already, so you feel obligated, even though he has verbally abused you over the phone, to follow through with these lessons.

     If he makes another appointment, he shows up, takes out your CHILD for a driving lesson, berates them, yells at them, takes himself on errands, the bank, Starbucks, and does not usually finish the entire 2 hour driving lesson for the day. Your CHILD is left feeling strange, and belittled, but hey, you paid for the lessons, so maybe you try to make another appointment.

     But he doesn't call you back...or your child feels SO very uncomfortable that they refuse to get back in the car with this person who acts strangely and yells at you.

     So his scam is that he claims on his website that there is NO REFUNDS. As a consumer, you are entitled to a refund if your services were never rendered or you are unhappy with the service. Most people only complain to the BBC, which is unfortunate, since I myself complained and the only thing they did was let him respond, and closed the case.

     It is a shame...he has numerous reviews on numerous websites that are ALL BAD. All saying the same thing...he ripped them off and it is a scam. He never intends to finish out any of the lessons, only someone crazy would get back in the car with him after he treats your children this way, and he falls back on his "no refunds" policy. There are policies on his website allowing him to charge you even more money if you do not follow his timeline for finishing the driving school, even if it is his fault that no contact is made or the appointment never gets made.

     The online scheduling is phony, it does not work. He tells you he will give you a log in number so you can schedule your own appointments, but he never does, and the scheduling is now completely dependent on talking to him in person, and you have to call him, he never answers, and you have to wait for him to call you back. There is a section to PAY NOW, which takes you to PAYPAL...be careful!! Somewhere in the small print, he says to call before you pay, even though it is available to pay without ever talking to him, or scheduling anything. The quick registration is bogus as well...nothing goes through.

     Total SCAM! I just saw an episode of Judge Judy with him on it, from February 2013, and she awarded the money returned to the family!! His excuses are ridiculous and he says the same thing about every complaint. He does not intend to follow through with what people are paying for, it is clear from every complaint I have seen and read, and experienced myself.
