Drivers Legal Plan has high reports of success. They do this by withdrawing from cases they cant win. I hired Drivers Legal Plan to perform a service over a ticket I received. They attempted to withdraw from my case against their own policy and violated their own contract. The state of Colorado did not recognize them as attorneys and denied their motion to withdraw even though their contract clearly states they are recognized as attorneys in all 48 states.

Their company contract also states Drivers Legal Plan attorneys handle your case start to finish (no limit on hours), for an agreed-in-advance flat fee at a fraction of normal charges, potentially saving thousands in legal fees. With Drivers Legal Plan, you CAN afford to fight.

Apparently, DLP does not refund even when they dont follow contract law. I have all the paperwork necessary to prove my allegation and I would consider DLP as a scam operation run by inexperienced para-legals.
