I was surfing the web a couple days ago looking for some online tutoring to help with my learners permit and came across this particular site. I rarely do business with sites that don't disclose contact numbers as I have been RIPPED OFF before, this one had a number so I went and paid $19.96 for what I though was a legitimate course. Come to find out the test quiz and everything else is the same for every single state and they claim you can study just your individual states questions. Well I have been calling for quite some times to 1-888-908-3787 and no one picks up its always "sorry but we are either on the other line or away from office. Look at the other sites they have also they put up the very same "customer reviews for this site check it (https://www.nclextestanswers.com/index.php)(http://policetestanswers.com) PLEASE DONT MAKE THESE PEOPLE RICH BY LETTING THEM RIPP YOU OFF!
I'm so disgusted this is FRAUD and should always be reported these individuals need to pay for their Internet fraud!! GrrrRRRRRR
I will be contacting my bank for a chargeback!
If you want more in-depth info just do what I did and copy and past this companies physical address onto your browser and you will see how many FAKE sites they have with the same info its nauseating these individuals get to get away with this on the daily.

The funny thing is...

The joke is ultimately on them.
Sorry you lost your cash to this questionable business, but look at it this way:
After I sat and thought about it, what they appear to be offering would actually be a very viable and profitable business model! However, they seem to have gotten greedy, which has led to them being sloppy which has led to a rip-off report.
People here, for the most part, take their application and test for their learner's or new driver's permit very seriously. It's become a time consuming and (very) costly thing. If, for example, you fail your initial written exam, you only have 24hrs. to resubmit, or it's back to square one, including all the fees you already paid! SERIOUS BUSINESS!
A site that gave an honest "dry run", with score results, prior to your actual exam would be a welcome thing for a lot of people, especially if it was up to the standards and applied exactly as the DMV did. If you charged a reasonable fee, say $10 per applicant, with a printable result sheet, starting in the province (or in your case state) of residence, I have no doubt people would flock to the site to participate.
There's nothing saying you can't slowly add the standards for the tests of other provinces or states over time, which is something these people you're dealing with have missed, so to speak, but that would take something called "research" and "effort" to make sure they have their facts right and present them as such on their site. Thus, they've put out the "blanket" test you mention.... Sloppy. Lazy.
Hell, eventually, with enough of a track record, such a site, if run properly and with good ethics and business morals, may even get an endorsement from the government body. Can you imagine the site traffic then??
They've screwed themselves... Even if they try to straighten up and fly right, by the time they do so, it's very possible that more rip-off reports and bad word of mouth will have sunk them before they manage to clean up their act.
I suppose you can be happy that it was only $20 too. Could have been a lot more. I really, really know the value of $20, and it hurts, but it could have been worse, amirite?
