drivers premier charged me double annual payment and refused to provide service and refund of payment Internet

I have been a customer of drivers premier for over a decade. about a year ago my truck broke down about 2 miles from my home. When I called for assistance ,I was denied coverage even though i was fuuly paid up with my account with drivers premier. This was a shock to me because Ive used the service before without any problems. I had my truck towed home and sent the receipt to their office, also sent them a email message and got no reply or refund. On November 1st they charged my credit card double my annual payment. When I called and asked why , I was told that I did pay for the previous year which is a flat out lie , I had prouf of payment and still they refused to refund my money. Then a week later I locked my keys in my truck and called for assistance and was denied again. I calle dand cncelled my account and they refused to refund my payment. These people are crooks!
