On July 10, 2003, I walked into a Drivetime dealership, located on Jonesboro road. I was speaking with the sales lady name Sheila Harris. I told her I was looking for an suv type vehicle nothing expensive. She told me she had the vehicle for me. It was a 1997 Cheverolet Blazer. She said they just got it in and did all the analysis and the vehical was in good shape. The price on the vehical was 11,500.00. I did test drive the vehicle which it at that time it did drive fine. before I purchased it I did do a vehical check it did tell me that it had no prior issues.

I did purchase the vehical but from day one I noticed small things about the car alignment was bad and the car was shaking really bad. I made serveral complaints and they dicided to put new tires on the vehical. also I noticed that the door would not close all the way and the tires were bald. The vehical came with a 90 day warrenty or 3,000 miles which ever comes first. I went down to the repair shop a total of 15 times during the 90day period. After the insurance expired in October the car ran fine for 3 months then the Transmission went bad the general manager Ron Luce did not seem to car at all so I made a complaint to corporate, which I had to pay $1000.00 dollars to fix it

also in the process the water pump was bad and the catalyst converter went out. I called corporate and make a complaint and spoke to someone who told the dealership to fix the issue. I still had to pay $1000.00 after the transmission was fixed it took one week, the check engine light constantly came on and off at that point they told me the vehical need an extensive tuneup. On October 13th. The motor was determined bad in the vehical that is when I was forced to turn the vehical bank in I was told by the General manager Ron Luce that I had to pay $1000.00 dollars before they will fix it.
