I bought a used car from them that turned out to have an open recall that was not addressed. I also bought a warranty. The car died and there is no help from the manufacturer (Hyundai) (because the recall item was not addressed) or from Drive Time.

I am stuck renting a car for thousands of dollars and the engine has to be replaced. Drive Time disclaims all responsibility for this, when they sold me the car and the warranty.
