Drivetime has repeatly told us lies about our account. Right now we are making payments every two weeks and where told that we would be able to go to a monthly payment if we kept our account in good standing. we have been paying on this car (kia sportage) since 3/2005 and have made every paymentup until now. We starting having a lot of problems with the car and have put a lot of money into repairs for this is like my wifes office. We asked for one deferred payment, sent in the reciepts of work and parts on the car but we were turned down. Hows is that helping out a customer. They even told us that we could get a deferral.

If you look on the main page of Rip off report, you'll see the article on Drivetime/Ugly duckling auto. These two are actually the same company. Or, just do a search on drivetime. Apparently they use used parts to repair cars they plan to sell.
