In July 2018 I signed up for BTW training for my son.  I paid $220 in advance for six hours of instruciton and I was told he would need to complete program in 90 days.

I have had repeated and continuous trouble with the company's scheduling department.  I am only able to schedule via text and when I try, they only give me one available day/time that NEVER works (it is always during school hours) or I am told to check back in 2 or 3 weeks. When I check back, it is the same thing again.  The two classes he did have have ALWAYs been rescheduled at the last minute which is very inconvenient and thus he has only had 3.5 hrs of instruction.

Now I need to schedule his last class and I am being ignored and/or told AGAIN to check back 11/10.

I have REPEATEDLY asked for a calendar of availability so that I could find an option quickly that works in his schedule (i.e not just one slot a month) to no avail.

After I realized the company wasn't going to work with me to schedule the last appointment, I began requesting a refund and a letter confirming my son had received 3.5 hours of instruction so that I could transfer the services to another company.  After multiple texts and emails, the company send me a refund of $56, which was a refund less "services rendered", but no letter confirming that he took any of the classes.

When I spoke last week to the company's representative, "Cynthia," she proceeded to tell me that I did not need this letter because the company's driver's supposedly filed the hours with the DMV and any other school could pay $3 to pull the report and authenticate the information on his permit.  I have spoken to multiple other schools who have told me this information is a lie and there is no way to pull this information.  Therefore my son has to take all 6 hrs again with another company.

I have requested this letter multiple times, and I have not received it or any response whatsoever except to receive notice of a refund less "services rendered". Without the letter, I wholly dispute that this company has provided me or my son with any services as I now need to pay another company and he has to redo his hours.

Not to mention that I paid you $220 for three 2 hour classes and three pick-ups.  Pro-rated that would mean I am entitled to a refund of at least 73 and that is assuming we received 4 full hours of instruction (which we have not.)
