Drop Ship Design! Money Sucking BAD Buisness BAD Customer Service! I signed up for their "Website and Auction Plan" which went nowhere. I got 350.00 sucked out of me. When asked for help with the datafeed- another 149.99- there is no help- and the files would not upload- we tried everything. You have to spend hours copying and pasting anyway. I asked for a refund after only a couple days after I signed up- they say 5 days- answer was NO REFUND Scottsdale Arizona

I am an unhappy customer. I am writing the Attorney General and Consumer Affairs about Dropship Design. For one it took 3-4 days to redirect my domain. Then set up the website(199.99) another 2 days to figure out their system. When I tried uploading products to ebay I ended up having to almost post everything myself anyway. Wholesale prices? No. They are a middle of the middleman!
I thought it would make my life easier to get this datafeed file loader. (another 149.99) Tried every which way and did not work. Contacted them, took another 4 days for a response. No instruction or help. So stupid me falls for this company- I could use the extra income as I was laid off from my job. I don't have a whole lot to invest- and I would have been happy to if the ____
thing was a good company. I emailed- another 3-4 days for a response- to cancel my account. OK- they give you 5 days- so they say. That is why they don't respond- to drag you on so you go past the 5 days. I demanded the 149.99 back- why pay for something that doesn't work? They responded they will charge 49.99 fee- huh? So maybe I'll get a hundred back but still took a loss of 250.00- down the tubes. Do they care- no- they got their money.
Do not even consider this company. Poor customer service, a poor website and high cost products you can't even sell. Oh- if you want to talk to a real person, you have to sign up for that- another 50 bucks.
