Dropship.com - drop Ship Design ripoff said they refunded my money but only gae me half of it Internet

I subscribed for a membership for 99.99 I placed my first order for a couple of small items first. It took 2 weeks to get and only one item was shipped, but they charged me for two. I told them that I only recieved one item. They said that they were out of stock. Then why did they charge me for two and only shipped one. I checked there website and it showed they still had 65 of them in stock. I think someone forgot to put two in the package and they didn't want to pay shipping to send another, so they just told me it was not in stock. I didn't appreciate there dishonesty. I only wanted the item I paid for, so I told them before 30 days of signing up that I wanted my 99.99 refunded and my membership cancelled. After telling them this three days in a row, they finally emailed back and said they refunded my credit card and cancelled it. I checked my account about 5 days later and found that they refunded half my money. I'm sick of companies like this who try to find legal ways to scam people and then make up excuses and dont deliver. Something needs to be done to put them out of business.
