Dropshiponauction.com ripoff Items out of stock one supplier price much higher than other Scottsdale arizona

I have recently tried to do business with this company after my Boss was nice enough to believe in me enough to give me this project so we could try to make some money on Ebay. Well at first I thought it would be great!! So I put a BUNCH of items in our Ebay store... Sell a couple, one is a Nokia phone, so when I go to order this item I see that it has been discontinued!! Well then I find it in another color and talk ther customer into that one instead, so after the buyer sends me their money I order the phone(s) and then the next morning I am notified that this item is out of stock and they don't know when it will be. So I go to the same site, only a different supplier and see that they have 15 of the phones in stock but the price is over $100 more!! So much more that I can't even take the loss from our profits and go ahead and get the item(s) just to make sure the buyer is happy! I send two TICKETS in the website contact to customer service and wait..... after several hours I call in and speak to someone who has no good reason but she informs me that they can't really do anything to help me out. So I say if the order has been cancelled then why hasn't the money been refunded back to our paypal account. Of course without it I can't even buy a replacement to get sent out to my customer!! She says she will call whooever and get them to process the refund immediately... I'm still waiting......

THIS IS TERRIBLE!!! DOESN'T WHOEVER WORKS AT THIS PLACE HAVE A SHRED OF EMPATHY????
