Dr.Robert J Peck ordered medical supplies and had them delivered to me and billed my insurance. Glen Burnie Maryland

While being treated by Dr Peck, he ordered medical supplies needed to treat my problem, had them delivered to my house, and told me to bring them to the office where he would hold them for use on my problem. He also did not check to see if I would be responsible for any of the cost for these products, which it turns out I was responsible for $125.71.I also have not seen any of the products ordered and no one at the office has any idea where the products are.

Dr Peck left the practice with no warning or notice of his intention. I have found that he is practicing in New York and has a telephone number of 212-410-8000. I have not found an address for his practice yet. Had I been alerted of the $125 cost I would not have consented to the order for the supplies, but I was never given this option.
