Hello I have involved with (DRS) Debt relief Services since 1-27-2004 and I am very displeased with all aspects of there business. DRS the parent company has you work with a Debt Specialist. My (DS) has been very slow to return calls and or e mails. He would not work very well with you, as he would say read the instructions and call if any more problems arise. I ended up getting in contact with the Paralegal Dept and when they learned of my situation.
The Paralegal Dept asked why I was not involved with them from the beginning of my process. I told them my DS knew about my case and did not advise me I needed to be involved. The Paralegal Dept (PD) became very hard to talk to by phone or e mail as well. I tried to contact the main office on problems and they were also slow to respond to any phone calls or e mails. I have been in contact with the Attorney Auggie Coccia who is also slow to respond if he does to e mails and phone calls. During the process I have never been sure of what to expect, hidden cost wise. DRS did not tell me up front about the Arbitration Process costing anything. DRS did not tell me that there would be any costs associated with getting the Arbitration awards confirmed.
To date I have spent $4395 on the initiatl purchase of the product, $240 on the arbitration awards, and $2550 on the confirmations of the awards. I have e amiled the owner on two occasions and he took several days to respond. The first response he stated he would talk with the Marketing Director and get back with me, he did not. I re e mailed him and his next response was Thank You.
DRS has changed stategies and did not inform me of theses changes. DRS is also aware that the Arbitration Process has problems and they are not willing to divulge that information to there clients. This has been a very bad business transaction for the product they were claiming to have. DRS's product does not work and they are not willing to take care of their clints as they have claimed.
Desired Settlement: Refund
Settlement Explanation:
I would like DRS to REFUND all the money they have had me spend. $4395 on there product, $240 on the arbitration awards, $2550 on the confirmation of the awards, and misc postage of over $100. A total of $7285. DRS was in the process of changing from arbitration to a new process and should have told me to change processes. DRS could have stopped me before I spent $2550 on bogus confirmations from Estell Tan & Bushnell out of SanFrancisco, Michael Burgess.

#5 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Does your new program work?

You did not answer the question.Has the new program worked? It has been over 90 Days.
Why would a company or organization not want you to advertise for them? I have never heard of a company who would want to keep their product quiet.
As in police terms " sounds suspicious " to me. Keep us updated on your new "process".

My Job has nothing to do with anything but my job. Thanks for the shot in the arm.
There seems to be some specifics that only ONE DRS employee would have known. I was told with the new company not to let DRS know who they were. The DRS employee is the only one I have kept the name secret to.

#3 UPDATE Employee
Elias is not telling the whole story! He is a State Trooper. That means he a honorable person.

I am personally aware of Elias's situation. He is a State Trooper. That means he a honorable person and puts his life on the line daily for us and I highly respect him for that.
However, Elias had gone through another program and came to DRS with his finances in a mess. Elias came in on the ninth ending and DRS let him know that up front. People like Elias want a "Flu Shot" and a quick fix. Elias was not willing to walk through the whole process.
Because of Elias wanting a quick fix, he has actually gone with another program and has paid them thousands of dollars with a promise from that company that all his accounts and credit would be cleaned up in less than 90 days. Elias sign up with this company over 90 days ago.
Ask Elias to comment on were he is at on this "program". He told several people that the name of this company is "secret". If Elias has all this money for all these programs, then why did he not pay off these alleged claims from the banks in the first place instead of blaming everybody else?

Know what you are talking about before attacking someone.

This is in response to Matt in AZ.
Matt if you are not sure of what you are talking about you should not make comment. If you do not understand how money works you should take some time and do your research to understand it.
I did not in any way attempt to cheat my creditors or pull a fast one. I did my research on how where my supposed good creditors received their supposed money. I understand the process and you apparently do not have a clue or you would be alongside of me.
Have a good day.

YOU are filing a rip off report?

This is too funny. You joined this program to cheat YOUR creditors out of the $ you borrowed in good faith (supposedly) and you have the nerve to claim that you were ripped off?!?!?! What a joke.
If you had this much money to pay in to their program why did you just not pay your bills?
Boo h*o, poor baby you tried to steal money from your creditors and you got scammed. Have you ever heard of Karma? Well, you have now!!
I hope that you never get a penny back and get sued by all of your creditors.
Did you include your mortgage and auto loan in this program? Of course not because you KNOW that you were trying to pull a fast one on your creditors. Your best action at this point is to be an HONORABLE person and pay your bills and remember if it sounds too good to be true it is!!
