Due to the recent swine flu global outbreak I, placed an order at www.drugdelivery.ca (on May 4). Even tough I do not have the virus, the constant news and intensive media coverage have created a paranoia level strong enough for me to place an order for Tamiflu and Relenza inhalers. Clearly I had no prescription at the time I made the orders at DrugDelivery, but the lack of prescription did not stop them from selling the medication, or at least charging my credit card. Before telling you about the nightmarish experience I faced dealing with this company, please allow me to say they dont care about customers health all they intend by publishing various articles regarding influenza is to raise fear because frighten people place orders for medications, medications they sell in the most irresponsible way. Were Drug Delivery a serious company, they would never sell Tamiflu and Relenza without prescription, because as I now know if people start taking this drugs without being infected, the swine flu virus can mutate, and if does it may become resistant to such drugs. In the event of an influenza virus mutation, humanity would be left with no effective medication to deal with the disease. In that scenario a pandemic outbreak would be really deadly (please check the World Health Organization for real advice on the matter and dismiss Drug Delivery cheap intents to profit from this situation). Now that I have done my research on reliable sources I believe www.drugdelivery.ca along with all other online pharmacies hat do the same should be shut down as a matter of public health.
OK now to chare my experience, it is June 9 and by this time I am sick of dealing with the company, after waiting 14 days since the order was placed (on early May) I received an email saying that my orders had shipped; however whenever I track the package it is never found on the USPS website. People at the chat (who by the way are professional liars and very skilled at coming up with excuses) keep telling me that I should wait a 20 day period after the shipping confirmation email is sent for the package to appear in the USPS website, they claim packages are not posted on www.usps.com until they are on US territory. First, the whole purpose of a tracking number is actually tracking a package regardless of its location, second how come they dare sending fake USPS tracking numbers if the package were not in USA then it would not exist such tracking number (I encourage USPS to sue this company because when they send fake USPS tracking numbers they are damaging the courier reputation).
After waiting for 3 weeks (post-receiving the shipping confirmation email) I concluded Drug Delivery never intended to send my medication, so I decided to call my credit card company and deny the charge because I had never received the merchandise. Of course Drug Delivery's bank let them know of the situation, so guess what these people did. They knew the funds would be eventually reimbursed to me in full for failure of delivery, but they were not willing to loose an order so used my credit card (saved on their website from the time I placed the order) and charged me again for the same amount and a product that had never been sent since I had already deleted as much information as I possibly could from my online account, erasing street address and number from the shipping address section, Drug Delivery were left with no valid shipping address so they decided or claim to have resend the package to my billing address. This company not only charged my credit card without my authorization but consistently lied to me and wasted my time. Evidently no packaged has been sent to my billing address nor are they able to provide a valid tracking number or prove of delivery, yet they are withholding a $620 USD from the time I placed the order and another $620 USD they recently charged without my authorization. This is what I call complete abuse of customer's credit information.
In this case all their efforts to buy time and take advantage of my funds with scam internet deals have backfired at them because fortunately American Express is not paying them a thing. Lat week I received an email from Drug Delivery accepting they have cancelled my escrow, funny thing they are still withholding my $1,240 USD. What I make of this experience is to be more careful as to what internet sites are trustworthy to buy drugs; I want to alert other customers that www.drugdelivery.ca is the WORST website to make an internet purchase. You may never receive your medication; even if you do it might be expired or in dubious conditions as my friend Carolina experienced.
Just think about this, a company that sells prescription drugs with no prescription can not claim to be an ethical merchant. All they care about is you money, they don't care about your health, or the problems their poor service may cause you. If you want to buy prescription medication and want to do it online I would recommend to use a national merchant or at least an FDA recommended website if you are in USA.
I assure you most of the positive comment you find on the internet regarding the company are posted by their employees. If you don't appreciate being charged right after placing an order, and having to wait 14 days to receive a fake tracking number, and then being told to wait other 20 days until it arrives to your country, and latter be surprised that it may take them other 15 days for the shipment to be transferred within your country, and at the end of that story find out that it all was a lie and DrugDelivery personnel have no idea of where your package is because most likely it never shipped due to global shortage in demand, then please be creative and find other ways to get your medications. Good luck to you, and shame on DrugDelivery!!!
