First off this company was soliciting on my block in cape coral, Florida after a wind storm claiming they can get you a free roof. They said you would not have to pay any deductible and they will give you a free roof. Well, I, unfortunately, fell for this scam! Here are the issues I ran into with DRY ROOFING INC and SAMSON MPARAGANDA (SAM MPARAGANDA)
1. They left me without a roof for over 6 months
2. They lied to me about the quality of shingles
3. Their workers were third part people who did not speak english
4. They had me sign over my insurance check to them and then 4 months they are asking for $3000 by taking me to court
5. They never gave me any paperwork, contract
6. They never provided the warranty information
7. They were hard to get ahold of, as they NEVER answered your phone AFTER they got your money
8. THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!

Not sure what this company is up too but the name given was Dry Roofing owner Sam Mparaganda but the permit is under Summer Breeze Roofing Charles Dixon contractor. As they worked on the roof it rained. Water damaged occurred inside my house. Owner of company never took responsibility.
Told me water will not cause mold. Guess what, I got mold. Had to make claim through my insurance company. Never got contract, or paperwork. Thank God I had first quote. Final bill came via a text message asking for more money than the amount due. I wish I had done research.
Six months later and the damage still lingers in my house. They do not need to be business because they are not honest.
