In May 2008 I received an unsolicited advertisement for a make money program generating leads for prospects to buy a dry cleaning business. I returned mail their application with a personal check in the amount of $164.00. I had second thoughts whether I had done the right thing so I did what I should have done first. I Googled "Dry-Tech scam and found so many complaints that the next day I called and told them that I was rescinding my application and wanted my check marked void and returned to me as soon a it was received but I was told that my check would be cashed and I could request a refund in the next thirty days. I found many complaints from others on the internet that they could not get their refund after many times trying. I decided to take action and called my bank and stopped payment on the check. They sent me a package anyway which I return by the USPS.

Fast forward to February 2009, I received a call from a Georgia collection company saying that I now owe $720.00 because Dry-Tech has filed a criminal charge against me for issuing a non-sufficient funds check (short-check) to them and they are asking for the California triple damages. I told the collection company not to contact me again and am now waiting to see what happens. DO NOT BE TEMPED TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!! They are poison.

I have been a dry tech lead finder for 3 months now.  For many of you who think dry-tech is a get rich scheme or a way to make a lot of quick cash please run away.  Unless your run this program with a purpose you will not be successful.  Unlike every other get rich program, this program is based on a business that works and you can start with nothing down and start making a profit, the Carpet Cleaning and Upholstry business. Its all about contacting qualified people to start this business and that is how you receive commission checks.  I have already made a total of 3 Sales totaling 6000$ in commission.  If you think all you must do is join the program and sit back and relax and watch the commissions roll in beware.  You get out of what you put into this opportunity.

I am a Dry Tech Systems affiliate and Lead Finder for Salt Lake City and surrounding cites, this is a REAL carpet cleaning service, itrequires a lot of prospecting and cultivating to be a success. The coaching department at DRY-TECH really works, if you can do what the coach tells you to do. But if your the type of person that likes to kick back and take it easy and are LAZY. ThenCarpet Cleaning or Lead Finder anything you do........ WON'T WORK.

First off.....The Lead Finder Program won't work because it's to difficult trying to find the right person with the motivation, the can do attitude thatyou need tohave to be a success. Anda self starter too! Also the credit limit to purchase the Carpet Cleaning Business. You know the $$$$ to get your customer started. If your going to make a living at this concept you NEED to control the sale, you sell it, you call Dry Tech on the phone and give them the account information, YOU control the commission when YOU hold the cards. If I'm going to make this my living then why wouldI leave your income to the hands of someone else?

It requires EFFORT out your part, handing out about 200 flyer's per day with YOUR phone number and email address. See where I'm going with this. Oh and I bought my (own) DRY-TECH Systems Carpet Cleaning Business package back in Jan 2008. Dale the sale person helped me and answered all my questions with No pressure, he was VERY Nice to me and made sure that I was up the this kind of physical work.Dale even discounted the program and took my lead finder commission out of my purchase. I saved about $1,200 dollars.....WOW!!!

If I could tell anyone out there that's thinking of a work from home business 98% of you will fail? Why?

Because if you dare not, you don't, if you don't think you can it's most certainyou won't. If you don't believe in your self nobody else will either!( See where I'm going with this.)

If you fail to plan you PLAN TO FAIL!!!

If your currently considering a REAL Work FROM HOME Business..... IT WILL REQUIRE REAL WORK!!!!

Dry-Tech has been around for a long time. The only reason I didn't become a carpet cleaner is because I found out a long time ago I hate hauling product to customers' houses. Then, Dry-Tech sent me a mailing inviting me to be a bird-dog for them. That sounded like a GREAT idea! But, just to be sure, this is what I did:
1. I opened a separate checking account just for Dry-Tech activities.
2. I sent my post-dated check, but there's just a few dollars in the account. If Dry-Tech somehow does anything other than what they promised in writing, I will have recourse.
3. I saved EVERYTHING. In fact, I made photocopies of the page I signed, both front and back, "just in case."

They sent me some very impressive brochures to give out, which I will be doing in strategic locations in two days. Also I sent for their postcards, to do a mailing.

I have owned small businesses before, and have found one thing to hold true: you have to work it to make it work. Nothing happens by itself. I think Dry-Tech has a good system. If it turns out I'm wrong, I'll be on this site again, right quick. But if it works even HALF as well as they say it does, I'll be completely out of debt in two years.
