On 1/16/05 I recieved a email stating that I had won this auction and the I would recieved a email from seller for payment arrangements and shipping info. On 1/16/05 I recieved an email from Seller with total sale info and amount of 560.50 with a statement at the bottom of sale info stating. I accept paypal if you would like me to send you an invoice, please let me know. I also accept U.S. Postal Money orders. On 1/16/05 I replied please send paypal invoice.

On 1/17/05 I recieved an email from Seller stating Amanda Faricy would like to be paid for an auction item through PayPal. Also in the comment section of the email was the following statment I will provide tracking and shipping information when I receive payment. I check the paypal link and paid the amount of 560.50.

On 1/17/05 I recieved email stating This email confirms that you sent a payment for $560.50 USD to Seller for an auction item. On 1/20/05 I recieved email from Paypal stating Your PayPal payment by bank transfer to seller for $560.50 USD has been processed and automatically credited to the PayPal account of the payment's recipient. Thus, this transaction is completed.

On 1/24/05 I recieved email from seller stating. We're sorry for the delay. Your computer had a bad hard drive and we had to order a new one. We will be shipping by Friday. Just wanted to let you know so you didn't worry. On 1/29/05 I emailed Seller. Did you ship my computer yet if not I would like to get here by Friday Feburary , 4th if anyway possible if I have to pay extra shipping charges I am more than willing to do so , Please let me know thank you.

On 1/30/05 I recieved the following reply your hard drive will be here monday. the company we ordered from didn't get it to us in time to ship on friday. Sorry again. On 1/31/05 I sent another $60.00 via paypal with the follow statement Do what every you have to do to get my computer here by Friday Feb, 4th 2005.

On 2/04/05 I sent an email stating I am wondering what is going on with my computer? Please let me know. On 2/05/05 and 2/06/05 I sent another email stating Hello I would like to have some info on where abouts is my computer . I am willing to work with you in anyway possible I ask you please to not let me down. 560 plus the extra 60 dollars I sent you to is quite a chunk of money for me and the computer is a present for my girlfriend . I ask you please just let me know what is going on . Thank You.

On 2/07/05 I recieved email stating it's been shipped. This seller never sent shipping service use or tracking number as promised in invoice and never sent item I been in commucation with two other buyer who never recieved theyre items either.
