Ds-max; Ideal Approach Phils, Inc; Shukor Aziz ripoff; scam; granton marketing; user; fake Quezon Other

I've worked for Ds-Max Ideal Approach Phils.Inc. located at #118 West Ave Quezon City (5th flr. Jafer Building),under Mr. Shukor Aziz, the supposedly divisional manager for Ds-Max Philippines.

I've worked my head off and sacrificed a great deal for this company because of the opportunity they were telling me! Imagine doing mainly field work going door-to-door and walking the whole day selling merchandises!

Anyway, I slowly worked my way up and was promoted to being a manager for Ds-Max. And you know what? I found out that there was no opportunity all along!!!

It's a fluke, a fake, a scam!!! Can't believe I fell into one. Even when you become an owner, you will earn nothing!!! And I'm a pretty good owner always at the top!

What with a bad product and lots of expenses being charged to your PNL. They don't even want you to know why.

I've earned practically nothing out of the company! Even as a manager, I was still a distributor! Eating noodles everyday because that's the only thing I can afford!

I just want to let everybody in this planet to know, specially people in the Philippines, not to be fooled by Ds-Max or any of it's affiliates or known offices!! Ds-max in the Philippines is headed by Shukor Aziz, under the supervision of the VP's Henry Lew and Patrick Tang!

The parent company name is Ds-Max Ideal Approach Phils, Inc., which is run and owned by Shukor Aziz. Guys there is really no opportunity in Ds-Max.

I've been there, taking my day of observation, being retrained, becoming a leader, then a team leader, main guy, assistant manager, and eventually as an owner/manager of the company, and all I can say is that these guys are just ripping people off and using them for their cynical purpose.

Beware of their advertisement under the heading of Grand Job Hiring: field superivors, management trainees, and so on. This company is just using people. There's no real opportunity. Been there. Done that. Nothing!!!

I'm just glad that I came back to my senses and decided to leave! There's no money for the distributors! There will be no money even if you get to ownership!!! Imagine all the managers of Ds-Max in the Philippines are pathetically poor!

I'm not insulting them. It's the truth. No manager even managed to earn even a decent living in Ds-Max despite working for 5-10 years for the company!Why? Nobody even has his own car that came from the earnings coming from Ds-Max. And the company tells you you're going to earn 3-5 thousand a day!!!

Some managers are even poorer than the distributors. What with these managers borrowing money from a distributor!!! Can you imagine that!!!

This company, Ds-Max, should be reported to the proper authorities so that their evil activities don't victimize more innocent people wanting to earn a decent living for a hard days work!!! The company is juiceless!!!

To Shukor Aziz and his cohorts, I hope you sleep well at night knowing that your fooling and decieving people each and every living day you guys have!!!

You guys will get your bad karma one way or the other, sooner or later.....
