This company won't give there local address. I even had the better business bureau try to assist us. August of 2005 new to the neighborhood, a sparkletts truck pulled up infront of our home. Offer us a 'special promotion', we get a free electric cooler and a flat of individual water bottles free on a month to month agreement. He said that he needed our credit card number to approve our service. He explained that they will never bill the card, it was just to ensure that we stay current and don't damage the cooler. They hit our card 1-2 times a month with various charges from $60 to $125. The fine print of the agreement we signed was a two year contract that if we early terminate they have the right to collect the fees for the cooler and 2 years of service with or without the actual service(the driver told us that this was a special promotion so most of it did't apply, it was just to get billing information. Better Business Bureau has filed an official complaint on behalf of my family and many other families with the same problem. The Better Business Bureau told us that DS Waters would not respond to them in any way.
