DS Waters of America/Sparkletts poor service , Internet

These guys are horrible. The customer service line is worthless. When you call becuase no one showed up for delivery, even on the first delivery, all they do is tell you they will sms the driver. Our first delivery was 3 days late, no one called us back, they had us waiting around all day from 8a-5pm telling us we would get a delivery. Driver just shows up 3 days later claiming it was his day off. Then schedules to come back fro delivery next day and does not show up. Ends up leaving water on doorstep of elderly parents house after hours. Complaints go unanswered, no one cares. When cancelled account was told the bottle rack would have to be returned, we told them to pick it up on porch where they left water. Took 3 more calls and 3 more days to get driver to pick up rack. Ridiculous.
