I felt I needed to allow others to undersstand that if they purchase a mobile home from this company, what they will receive are lies and deceit and upon getting their homes, complete trash.

I could not take being in the abusive relationship I was in

So having lost my house and my business I returned to my abusive ex husband who was as abusive and controlling as ever.

I stayeed as long as I could but then without credit did not know what to do.I did not wish to return to a shelter, so with savings I had thought about a mobile home and visited Jeff Akins who appeared to be legitimate and trusting. HOW WRONG CAN ONE BE?

Jeff Akins informed me he would take care of everything and find me land, so I handed my small amount of cash. Really nearly all I had left.

Upon taking my deposit, they told me they would look for the land. NOT TRUE.
The outcome was that after waiting weeks they informed me they were looking for land in Dallas, which is what I had requested. It never happened.

A few days after the home was built (and I never saw what the home would look like, since having taken my deposit, they refused to show me one like the one I had paid for in cash) they threatened with putting the home in storage, which would have cost a small fortune, into a storage facilitiy, since they could not find any land and never had any intention of finding any.

I was placed in a position that I had to find land myself within 7 days and I did but it left me with a bill of an extra 130 to 160 dollars a month, since the land I had found was in a mobile park.

The home is terrible but apart from this they promised me I would get up to 300 dollars a month for gas for up to a year. SO FAR THEY HAVE NOT HONORED THE CONTRACT stipulating this.

Please please please let us all get together, if you have suffered the lies and deceit of this company, and put first and foremost, Brock Henning the president in some kind of class action so as to protect innocent people from having their hard earned money stolen from them to give Brock Henning the life he does not deserve. What he should be getting are days, weeks, months years in jail, so he can understand the consequences of his actions.
