I am writing this cause I know Cirila Susan Sepulveda did frame this woman. The woman did not know that Cirila was Joseph Emmanuel Sepulveda wife. Cirila did call this woman to call the Garland cops on Joe. Cirila the woman to call the Garland Police getting the woman Cirila address and what Joe had no that day. This woman did not live in Garland Texas are know Cirila address are know Joe was Cirila husband. Right now The Dallas Morning News in Plano Texas has a porno picture on it now. That has put on it back 5 months ago. Six Sigma, and RaytheonCompany in Plano Texas has CIRILA SEPULVEDA AS CEO. CIRILA IS EMAILING HORNER & SHIFRIN INC about sex to Genovevo B. Bernardez in Ballwin Missouri. Joe and Cirila are layers  CIRILA I HAVE TURN YOU IN TO THE DALLAS MORNING NEWS IN PLANO TEXAS. Joe all these times you have blame your x-girlfriend fpr Cirila S*.
