DSI Financial ripoff, fraudulent, misrepresentation, dishonest billing Spokane Washington

DSI Financial rep. Miss Snow, told us she would contact our creditors, get our payments lowered, and get our interest rates reduced. That was great. In about a week, we got our financial report, we would be out of debt in about 6 years if we followed the plan.

Talked with Miss Snow again, and was assured that our payments had been lowered, and that the interest as well had been lowered. She even gave us the amounts we should send our creditors, which was about $100 less on each one, than what we had been paying. We paid what she had suggested to our creditors, then we started getting calls from the creditors, wanting to know when we were going to pay the shortages, I told them that we had went through DSI.

Wow, dead silence, then, what is DSI? I explained this to the creditor, and she said they had never heard of them, never was contacted by them or their agents, and that when they did have contact by them it should be in writing. So that was that.

I called DSI and asked for Miss Snow, you guessed it, she was not available. Operator said that the creditors was just giving me a hard time, and I should call them back to schedule a confrence call with Miss Snow. All well and good, Miss Snow, never became available. Creditors didn't want a conference call. That was that. We have since then had to file bankrupcey. I'm sure you will hear more about DSI. I have, all bad. RIPOFF.!!!!
