DSP Plumbing Keith Dattile Dattile and Sons Plumbing Scam, False slab water leak detection, Coral Springs worst pluming service, refusal to provide services in contract Coral Springs Florida

On July 23, 2015, Keith Dattile of DSP Plumbing, Dattile and Sons Plumbing, located at 8568 NW 46 Drive, Coral Springs, FL  33067, detected a below ground slab water leak at our property.  We paid $450 for the leak detection and he said he would get back with us to do the repair.  About a month later, I made several phone calls and send several emails to his only contact, his wife, asking when he could do the work.  No responses.  Then we filed the claim with our homeowner's insurance, had a check cut to start the repair process (in DSP Pluming's name per our lender), and Keith Dattile returned to do "another leak detection". 

He pulled up the "X" where he had marked the leak spot, drilled 2 holes in the floor, and told me that he could no longer detect the leak...it must have "moved around somewhere else".  He told me that we would have to hire another company to do another leak detection.  I explained that we could not afford to pay another $450 and that the appropriated payment was coming in the mail today for his services.  He refuses to reimburse us for the $450 for what is appearing to be a fraudulent leak detection service back in July.  He refused to have any further conversations with me and told me that I was being irrational.  We want our full refund for the $450 for services fraudently rendered.  Even though his contract states no responsibility for "mistakes", we feel that this fraud is outside of normal contract terms.
