DSS Child Protective Services - Wanda F. Debnam(Caseworker Supervisor) ripoff Aggregious Wrongdoing, Misconduct, and Dishonesty that resulted in further sexual harm of a 5 yr. old girl Pickens South Carolina

I feel it most important to brief our story here in hopes that no other family/child will ever have to go through what our family did at the hands of Wanda F. Debnam of the Pickens County DSS Child Protective Services Division.

Wanda Debnam is well known in Pickens for her cruel, aggressive, unorthodox bully tactics, and it is a well known fact that she has devastated and destroyed many families with her *far away from the guideline* methodolgy.

Even the senior Pickens County Senator intimated to our family that she is basically *untouchable* due to her senority, gender, and another reason I can't mention here. He also related that every time the leadership position opens up at Pickens DSS, he has to remind the selection powers that putting her in the drivers seat would most likely lead to major legal problems for Pickens County. The Senator told me that *most likely* law suits resulting from her (mis)conduct could ultimately bankrupt Pickens County.

However, it should be mentioned that... "Not all DSS agencies are morally corrupt".

The DSS HQ in the SC capital city of Columbia eventually appointed the Anderson County DSS to re-investigate the very badly botched and corrupted mess created by Pickens DSS and Wanda Debnam. The good folks at Anderson DSS were not only seasoned professionals in child protective services, but they were most respectful towards our family. They were eventually able to *right the wrongs* created by Pickens DSS.

BOTTOM LINE: If you ever have to deal with Pickens DSS... REFUSE TO COOPERATE AND CONSULT AN ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY. Most of the attorneys with offices on Main Street in Pickens are quite familar with Wanda Debnam and her morally corrupt tactics, and she is probably much easier to *shut down* now because she has developed a *way over the top* reputation for her ridiculously outrageous behavior.
