David Topping took money to suppress a link on Google, BING, and Yahoo. He did nothing and will not refund any money. Regardless of his comments on others' claims on this site, he is a pure scam artist.

The NC AG Office is currently investigating DTOPP and David Topping. There are currently 27 negative posts on the BBB website, none of which he has addressed. These since he started the "business" only in August 2018.
