On June 11th, 2018, I contracted DTopp to suppress a slanderous article about a client that was showing up on the first page of Google for a certain search term. Per their website, it was stated that my order started on the day I placed the order and I had 2 weeks to send a check in the main for the amount of $999.
The website stated that they will suppress the article in 90 days or they will refund any money paid. When the 90 day period came (which is September 9th), I contacted DTopp and asked if they have failed and if they will process the refund. They stated that the start date isn't until they received the check I sent in the mail which is on June 25th.
I waited a few more weeks until the "new" due date arrived and no changed have been made to the article. I tried calling their office countless times for the phone to go straight to voicemail. I contacted Dtopp on Twitter, and after commenting on a recent post, they replied to me in DMs and said they would have a research member contact me.
They also then stated that the article was suppressed and the job was a success. After checking multiple computers that have not searched that term before, it was clearly still in the first position. I'm fairly confident that whoever sent that DM message inspected the search results and changed the first result to a listing found on the second page.
It's been almost 3 weeks since I've been trying to figure out what is going on and they have continued to ignore my calls/emails/ and twitter mentions/DMs even though they are constantly tweeting.
The way this company is handling business is very unprofessional and immoral. If you are not able to provide the service, refund the customers money.

Since you claim you are not lying, then you have nothing to worry about concerning the defamation lawsuit we are filing against Blake Whitford of GreenixMedia due to the alleged false statements you have publically posted on this report.

This isn't a story, this is a complete truth. The refund was never processed until AFTER I submitted my complaint to BBB and ripoff report which clearly shows you had no intention of refunding my order.
I clearly stated that the guarantee period started when you received the check.
I filled out the refund form and received no contact after tweeting, DM'ing, emailing and calling constantly. Did you really expect me to sit around and hope you actually fulfill that request when the communication is horrible and you couldn't complete the job I hired you for? Honestly, if I was actually emailed back and contacted like I was promised and maybe kept in the loop, this whole thing could have easily been avoided.
The whole experience with your company was very unprofessional. The communication was great up until I paid, after that I couldn't get in contact with anyone at all no matter what time I called. I still have an open ticket from July 27th that still wasn't answered.
I have no idea if your service works or not, but the lack of professionalism and communication shows me enough to know what type of company you are running.

If you are going to tell a story, at least get the facts straight:
- The guarantee period expired on September 24th, not September 9th.
- You filled out a refund request at the end of the day on October 5th.
- On the refund page on the website, it reads in red text: "Please allow 5-7 business days for your request to be reviewed"
- On the 7th business day (October 16th) you received notification that your refund request was approved & mailed.
- After you received the approved refund notification, you posted a Ripoff Report and contacted the BBB claiming we have not been in contact with you... which is false.

Don't lie - it's not healthy.
