Dtopp LLC They took my money for a review removal service and never performed or even responded. Wilmington North Carolina

I am an Amazon seller based in Florida and was looking to help fend off negative reviews on our page. I found a company, Dtopp LLC, based in North Carolina, that offers this service with a full money back guaranty. Between June 29, 2018 and August 14, 2018, I placed 3 orders and paid for the services.

For each of these orders, as the time for completion of the work came, I reached out to the company via email to the sales person (attached copies), through the online system (also attached), Facebook messenger (attached) and by phone and did not get any response from anyone. At one point they told me I can have a refund or extend the service period and I extended it to give them another shot. However, after that, I heard nothing.

I completed the refund form on their site on October 26, 2018 and despite it saying that it will take 5-7 days to get a response, I have still heard nothing. I have asked for a refund, updates to continue the service or anything and they have fallen on deaf ears.

I believe this company is a scam and takes the customers money and runs. All I wanted was my money back, but now I want a refund and want to make sure they no longer operate so that no one else can be scammed.

I have documentation for everything and will gladly provide it to anyone who wants to see it. I am sure that Dtopp will respond telling you why I am wrong but you can see documentation filed with the BBB.
