Duane Tyree is a criminal who will steal your money. He is a very convincing conartist. I found his name/contact information on Craigslist.com. He came right out to my house to give me a very detailed quote. He claims he left his clipboard and his invoices at home on accident and that he would give me one the following day. I gave him a $750 deposit for windows and other supplies.
After three days of never hearing from him, he finally answered when I called from another phone line. He said he was still waiting on the windows to come in and that he would be out there later that day. The following day he did show up. He fixed a cabinet door, tore up some tile, and completely shattered one of my windows. He never put plastic on the window and hasn't shown up since.
I have left several messages for him telling him that I will press charges. I am willing to file a class action law suit. Please contact me if you are interested also.

This is a legitimate complaint.
Suzy and her husband seem like great people. I had every intention on completing this job. I was made aware an employee had broken the window by the home owner. I was out of town and thought i could get someone over to take care of the problem.
I could not and was contacted by the husband and was told they no longer wanted my services.
I did not have the money any longer when i was told this.
I am deeply sorry and would like to take care of this matter.

Hello,
I currently have a house in the DFW metroplex that Duane Tyree has bid on. He came out and was very nice and presented me with a GREAT bid. I was ready to hire him. I just happend to check ROR. I was very surprised to see all these reports filed against him. I have not let him know that I have found out that he is a scam artist and am still in communication with him. I would really like to help bring him down if there is any way possible.

There are many, many people waiting to find him and sue or prosecute him, with no result.
