This apparently canadian "company" is fronting an employment services agency on the internet. You search for Jobs in UAE, maybe use a Google Search and they come up with numerous different entries, all of which lead you to the same website. You caqn browse supposed open positons for employment in the UAE. You are asked to fill in all kinds of vital data, upload your CV, even a passport size photograph.
Upon completion you are then bombarded with e-Mails which lead you to believ, that prospective employers have seen your data and are supposedly now interested in you, even have expressed interest in employing you. All that's left for you in order to get invited to an interview with these employers is, to send a "fully refundable services fee (ranging form 86-92 CAN $) in order to have your full access to the database established and to be able to have employers contact you.
Upon paying this "fee", you will receive an e-Mail acknowledging your payment and even giving you a "file number" which you "need to access your file" along with another link. When using the link you will find an interface, where you can either log-in as a registered user or a new client. Neither of which works, since the "File number" is doing nothing at all. You will not gain any access to any real file, you may browse the supposed openings listing- which is nothing toher than a listuing of old employment ads from the past five years (psoting date: 2008 and so forth)
Next you will receive numourous mails every day, telling you of the progress your application is making, of employers who have allegedly expressed interest in you and want to employ you and so forth and so on.
Any mails are not answered in realtime. All you will get is the same request to pay the service-fee...
Thats when the run-a-round starts...
