I ordered a rear spoiler from this company off of Ebay. After having an experienced license Autobody person install it, within 2-hours the spoiler was coming off the vehicle while parked. The double sided cheap tape that came attached to the spoiler came apart from itself. Contacted the company, and he or she give a lame excuse then also stating our 22-years experience autobody person didn't clean the trunk, they wasn't aware of how the spoiler really was coming apart, we sent them a message stating it wasn't sticking on the Trunk as it should, so we got the response we thought we would get. The double sided tape came apart from itself. After sending the second email to them to explain how it came apart, we haven't heard anything back from them because they know they are selling junk! This have created a mess on the Trunk of one of our 2015 Cars we sell. Search this selling and read the reviews. Stay Away!

Every Email you sent us was replied within ONE HOUR. Your SECOND email that you claim was unanswered - we replied in 24 minutes so i am assuming you submited this report before getting our reply? I have offered you every possible solution:
1. I offered to send a prepaid return label and FULL amount back,
2. I offered to send you some new double sided tape so that you can complete the project
3. I offered for YOU to give us YOUR IDEA of a solution.
What gives my friend? If you still need some assistance with this - i will always honor, please just give it an attempt. I sent you my personal cell phone number and we can be emailed in many ways all of which you know. No hard feelings. Thanks.
