Run from this company!!!

Sent and gave all information they asked for during an auto quote. Huge hassle as one "agent" agent asked for one thing and another asked for another, all information given by me none the less, then a "manager" comes on the telephone as rude as he can be, even made the threat "you'd better be careful"..... Asked what his name was and his retort; "I have no name".

I suspect that this agency is having non licensed agents try and sell policies, hence the confusion. Why Mr. "I have no name" felt like making a threat to a potential customer is beyond reasonable comprehension.

Hard to believe? Ask them to hear the audio of the telephone call and make up your own mind....
